The research team of Yantai University has launched several specialized functions for cat litter, including visible light catalytic technology for degrading formaldehyde and eliminating fecal odors, anti-mold materials with an adsorption efficiency of over 90% for aflatoxin, and a dust-free mixed cat litter formula with an antibacterial rate of over 85%. The technical reserves cover "dust reduction + odor elimination + antibacterial + health monitoring", promoting the upgrading of cat litter products towards higher value-added directions.
